Processing Time

All items are made to order.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and created before it ships.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

We currently ship within the United States only.
Estimated delivery time (after processing): 3–7 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions — these will be clearly announced on our website or social media.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Cassondra Joy Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.
If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery at cjdesigns.pa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.
